After SPIN! Video - 09/28/14 - Question to Tom Lamprecht: "We learned just recently that three large independent hospital chains would join together to combine purchasing and standardize procedures. They include Vidant Health in Greenville, Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem and Wake Med in Raleigh. Does it bother you that this might be the first step in an eventual merger and that it will further reduce competition and make small rural hospitals less viable?"

Yes and you might as well stay home and do what you can for what is wrong because healthcare has gone to the dogs. Veterinary care is in a lot better shape.
