After SPIN! Video - 11/16/14 - Question to Chris Fitzsimon - "The legislature is set to convene for the 2015 session on January 14th but Governor Pat McCrory is hinting he may call a special session for a vote on economic development incentives. You have to believe this must be a pretty big fish with big incentives if a special session is considered. What do we know about it? Is it possible that a special session might also consider other issues? If so, what might they be?"
