After SPIN! Video: Do we have racial discrimination in criminal justice?

Published November 19, 2015

After SPIN! "Question to Rufus Edmisten – According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons almost 38 percent of those in prison are black, while 59 percent are white. Blacks are disproportionately incarcerated and some say this is because of racial discrimination in the criminal justice system. Others argue there are more blacks behind bars because they disproportionately get caught committing crimes. What say you? Do we have racial discrimination in criminal justice and, if so, does it begin with law enforcement, with District Attorneys, judges or juries?"
