After SPIN! "Question to John and Chris –The National Association of State Budget Officers recently released a report showing that North Carolina is in better financial shape than most state governments. Only 4 states met their revenue projections this year, 13 states exceeded their revenue projections this year and 33 States failed to collect enough money to meet their budget projections. My question is why is North Carolina doing so well? Is it because our economy is better than many states, because our tax policies have produced our state’s surplus or what?"
