"Question to Gene Arnold – The Insider ran an interesting piece this past week that used statistics to indicate that House Speaker Moore was depending on Democrats to help in passing legislation like the $4 billion infrastructure improvement plan and even the budget itself. The gist of the article was that Moore was more open to Democratic input and was perhaps more moderate in his leadership. You worked in sessions where there was a high degree or partisanship and also where there was a lot of cooperation. What’s your take on how Speaker Moore is leading the House? What impact is this having on the Republican Party, especially since some of the more conservative members aren’t happy?"
