"Question to Chris Fitzsimon – Representative Rob Bryan wants to start a pilot project that would choose five of the worst performing public schools in the state and either force them to close or be taken over by successful charter schools.  He is following similar programs in New Orleans and Tennessee. He asks the question that begs an answer. How long must we continue to allow children to be in failing schools? What’s your answer to his question and what do you think of his plan?"
