After SPIN! "Question to Chris Fitzsimon – A Virginia school district is facing a discrimination lawsuit over the use of bathrooms by a transgender high school student. The school says it should maintain control over the bathroom policies in their schools and that transgender students should either use unisex bathrooms or one corresponding to their biological gender but the ACLU says in the lawsuit that policy violates Title 9 discrimination laws and both the US Departments of Justice and Education support their suit. Governor McCrory has filed a friend of the court brief on behalf of the Virginia School District. What do you think of his support?"
