Labor Day edition of NC SPIN

There's lots going on between the elections and Silent Sam. NC SPIN will talk about the latest this week, starting with whether or not there will be congressional elections this year. We ask whether the legislature's revisions to two constitutional amendments will pass muster with the three-judge panel and provide the latest Silent Sam news. Plus, as always, we ask the panel to tell us something we don't know.
