NC SPIN episode #891 - Air Date 11/29/2015

Published November 25, 2015

This week on NC SPIN we have a special program featuring 4-H members from our state. We want to hear the spin our young people give. NC SPIN has been proud to have been associated with the outstanding young men and women of 4-H for many years and at least once a year we like to have a panel of 4-Her’s to let us hear what they are thinking.

Guest Panelists:

Joah Bickley from Lake Lure, a student at early college high school in Rutherford County

Auston Dew, from Bailey, a sophomore at Greenfield School in Wilson

Joel Dixon from Kinston, a senior at Kinston High School

Claire Parrish from Elizabethtown, a senior at West Bladen High School

Sherry Alexander says:

Teachers should dress like teachers, not sloppy teens or doing yard work if they want more respect from students and parents. It's hard to tell a teacher from a student when walking into a school. Also, it is hard to talk to a teacher who is wearing jeans, a t-shirt and flip flops.
