In mentioning all the HB2 lawsuits, you failed to mention the lawsuit filed by Berger and Moore, which is separate from the one filed by McCrory.
And with a different set of lawyers.
Interesting that the NC Department of Education says that most of our schools already comply with the new Federal requirements!
