The shutdown’s rolling along – voice dry, flat, tedious, Chuck Shumer lays the blame on Trump. Defending himself, hitting back, Trump’s heaping scorn on Schumer.

Over at the Department of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem’s been spending taxpayers’ money airing TV ads praising Trump. Using the internet the Department of Agriculture’s spending taxpayers’ money to lay the blame on Democrats for people not getting food stamps.

Two months ago our national debt was $37 trillion – now it’s $38 trillion. But we’re building a $300 million ballroom in the White House. And Trump wants the Justice Department to pay him $230 million.

Pete Hegseth just blew up four more boats. Trump told a reporter ‘we’re gonna kill people bringing drugs into our country. We’re going to kill them. You know, they’re going to be, like dead.’

What on earth happens next?
