Video 11/2/14 - Question to John Hood – "The UNC Board of Governors is starting a trial program to relax SAT minimum score requirements for three historically black universities and give more emphasis to high school grades. Proponents say we are putting too much emphasis on SAT’s but others worry we will also be relaxing standards once the students get in college. What’s your reaction to this proposal?"
