After SPIN! "Question to John Hood – New UNC President Margaret Spellings has been touring campuses of the UNC System. Recently she was at Western Carolina University and, among other things, talked about the Guaranteed Admissions Program, which would route some students to community colleges instead of public universities. Spellings said GAP was the right problem but wrong solution. Explain what GAP is and tell us if you think Spellings assessment of the program was correct."
