After SPIN! "Question to Becki Gray – In the recent short session lawmakers considered but did not pass legislation that would require day care centers, schools and water parks to test their water for lead and other contaminations. Some believe the reason it did not pass was because it came up late in the session and no funding was provided for the testing. Why would you say we do or do not need this legislation and can we expect to see it proposed again in 2017?"
