Johnny Hiott says:

Yet another failure of the elected to uphold the Constitution. It was Moussolini who defined fascism as government and industry merged into

one. Looks kind of like fascism to me when government passes illegal laws or allows a minority to force their intentions upon the public based on what business and industry tells them to do. In case the inept elected to local, state or federal office cannot comprehend where their duty lies it is to the Constitution and the citizens. It is NOT to business/industry, lobbyist or the special interest groups and it is high time they started representing the citizens or spend time in the county jails of their districts. Is upholding the Bill of Rights so very difficult ? If they cannot even support Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion what good are they........
