After SPIN! - "Question to Becki Gray: A Meredith College report shows 54 percent of registered voters are women but fewer than 25 percent of appointed or elected officials are women. 44 counties have no female county commissioners. The report says women have lost ground in their representation since 2010, when Republicans started dominating elections. Is this a partisan issue? Why aren’t more women politically involved?"
