Trim the Biden 3.5 Billion Dollar Budget Proposal

It took two Democratic Senators -- Senators Joe Manchin(WV) and Kristen Sinema (AZ)  and a Republican Senate to put the Biden Administration on notice that it is past time to reign in his government spending.  Additionally, increasingly the lies of how this will be paid for without hitting a steadily shrinking middle class will cripple future generations as well as retirees and Social Security recipients.

The Proposed Make America Better budget of $3.5 trillion has cloaked in its scheme for repaying this debt massively promoting the invasion of citizen privacy with the expansion of the powers of the IRS.   Allowing the IRS to track any bank transaction of over $600 is akin to giving them the power to reach in and tackle any money it wants as its own.  A greedy controlling Congress is also looking at how to potentially tap the IRA’s and Roth retirement plans as a means of capitalizing budget expansions.  Any further erosion of money for the individual undermines capitalism and further puts citizens under the thumb of the government.

The expansion of giveaways to provide a safety net for families sounds good until it appreciates that the government is doing for people that which they should be required to do for themselves.  Providing free day care, pre-K services, college and many other gifts increasingly keep on giving while failing to ask at whose expense are these things being done.  People are being bailed out when necessary and critical skills go wanting in their choices.

Margaret Thatcher, former British Prime Minister, noted that Socialism is only good until we run out of other people’s money to do it.  We are there now for we are  reimbursing people who refuse to work in available jobs with supplemental government income taxing other people’s wealth; allowing people to make choices for their own comfort which someone else is being expected to pay for; adding to the population without having to take care of the children they produce; and creating a democratic republic rewarding those with limited skin in the game – we are diminishing citizen responsibility with a requirement and need to take care of one’s own,

Few have read the proposed budget with an eye toward the heart of democracy and protecting our environment as intently as should be had.   The sovereignty of nations will take a back seat to a global ideology that determines all resources should be utilized equally by the world economy regardless of one’s investment.

Appreciate that the Green Revolution underlying the cause of the environment is not as lost as most would like us to understand.  A priori to any advancement must be a focus primarily insuring the availability of palatable and safe drinking water.  Water is to our todays and tomorrow’s what oil has been to our present.  The Covid-19 Pandemic must better help us make choices with an understanding of the facts of science with the realities of politics.  As an aside, the cry to listen to science is intriguing realizing that many of these same people refused to take science or civics in secondary school.

The need to build back better mistakes the sins of our fathers and previous egregious faults in applying the premise of the US Constitution can be remedied by money alone.  The foundations of this democracy rest on a matrix of national security, a fair judiciary,  promoting commerce, equality in representation with one person one vote and public safety to insure equal opportunity under the law.  It was not constitutionally mandated that everything be a human right.  Given this framework, it was felt that each individual would then be able to seek those opportunities desired for their own well-being making this truly the land of opportunity.

We are not responsible for the choices that individuals make and must hold people responsible and accountable for such less their lack of direction impede others’ ability to care and provide for themselves while weighing down society.
